SECTION 2: GETTING IN THE CUSTOMER DISCOVERY MINDSET
Customer Discovery is the practice of learning and staying curious through structured conversations with the people who might one day use or buy your product.
It’s not about pitching.
It’s not about persuading.
It’s not about getting people to tell you your idea is brilliant.
It is about listening deeply.

Customer Discovery is about showing up as a learner, not a salesperson. Your goal is to understand someone else’s world well enough that when you eventually create something for them that fits naturally into their life. When you do this right, your customers begin to shape the solution alongside you, before you’ve spent money building anything.
